Our Terms of Service
Al Musthafa Landscape & Gardening agrees to provide services to the customer in a professional manner. These terms and any other related documents are the entire agreement between the customer and Al Musthafa Landscape & Gardening. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the parties.
Customer agrees to pay Al Musthafa Landscape & Gardening in full for services provided. Customer understands that all services must be prepaid. Al Musthafa Landscape & Gardening may terminate this agreement at any time if any payment is not made when due.
Al Musthafa Landscape & Gardening agrees to provide the customer with landscape, gardening, artificial grass and other services in a professional manner. These services may include, but are not limited to, lawn care, tree care, shrub care, and flower bed care.
Customer agrees to allow Al Musthafa Landscape & Gardening to access the property in order to provide the services. Customer agrees to allow Al Musthafa Landscape & Gardening to use its equipment on the property.
Al Musthafa Landscape & Gardening will use its best efforts to provide the customer with the agreed upon services. However, Al Musthafa Landscape & Gardening cannot guarantee that the results will meet the customer’s expectations.
Al Musthafa Landscape & Gardening will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the services provided. Al Musthafa Landscape & Gardening’s liability for any direct damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the services provided will not exceed the amount of the customer’s payments under this agreement.
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Dubai.
In the event that any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement will remain in full force and effect.
The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision of this agreement will not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision.
This agreement is binding on the customer and Al Musthafa Landscape & Gardening and their respective successors and assigns.
This agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original and all of which together will be deemed to be one and the same agreement.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this agreement and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties.
